This situation points out the wrong headedness of providing citizenship to progeny of illegal aliens.

In this case an economic invader from Mexico, who has been flaunting her status and hiding out in a sanctuary in Chicago. For my two cents worth, this could have been expedited with a single 9mm slug. Seems a bit rough I know, but then on the other hand she did actually enter the country illegally and then have a kid (which we got to pay for) and then she got caught in identity theft, using some one elses social security number.

The issue of having a kid here is for me a non factor. We paid for it, but so what? If she wants to keep him with her, she should be allowed to, or even prompted to, or at the optimum, required to keep the brat with her.

Border Agent Deserves Award

The as yet unamed Border Patrol Agent who was protecting his Country and him or herself deserves at least one award, and more probably two of them. One for being brave enough to shoot an animal breaking the law by breaking into the country and for being a human trafficker. Then another award for being a good shot.

The Border Patrol Agent in question is probably in need of support and legal help, for the crime of doing their job. The question now might be whether or not this agent will go to prison as fast as, or faster than Campeon and Ramos did. There is one thing for sure though, the human trafficking slime ball wetback who got caught this time will NOT testify against the Border Patrol Agent.

The proper burial for that coyote cretin should include being left by the side of the highway like roadkill on parade.

Next a big sign should be put up where the Maximum Enforcment Procedure occurred.

Economic Invasion & The Minimum Wage

 Illegal Immigrationists is Economic Invasion of this country. illegal Immigration has waged war (economically) against the working poor of this Country. This occurred to me today after hiring someone to do some work at my home.
He was a good worker, willing to work hard in 100 degree weather. But for all intents – unemployed.

An individual who was not wiling to work for minimum wage. So I started wondering why is it that the minimum wage has stayed so low for so long. As in everything else in life, when the Governement gets involved it bound to go fubar in a hurry. So it is with the minimum wage.

I submit to y’all – the minmum wage has remained unable to keep up with inflation becaus of the “shadow workers”. The Illegals smart enough to walk north, but not smart enough to command top wages. Or at least uneducated enough to accept low wages in industry’s unwilling to pay more than the absolute minimum to acheive the desired result.

So this seems like a time to apply common sense. Most Americans want an end to the contiual drag on the economy which the shadow working Illegal Immigration  produces,  and which affects the working poor in this country by keeping their wages and income earning ability artificialy stunted.

Most Americans also want an end to Illegal Immigration for purely legal reasons, with no desire to reward Unlawful Behavior.

Nearly every American wants to live in a country where every person who is capable of working and taking care of themselves – does so. And those people are not allowed to sit on their derriere sucking down tax funded welfare to do nothing more than create more welfare users.

Never forget that welfare is just your tax money being handed to those who won’t do for themselves what thy should be required to do. Make a living and support themselves. And it does no good to mandate another group of laws (laws never seem to be all alone these days, it takes a comprehensive approach and a plethora of laws to deal with every issue that comes up) to make that happen, that direction is just a larger more bloated beauracracy to handle the job of babysitting the uninspired citizen who prefers to do nothing and live a miserable existence in poverty than having a job or a businees to support the good life of which we are neartly all capable.

So… down to the nitty gritty;

To end Illegal Immigration and lift the poor out of poverty demands no new law, no new Government Program. It requires only that we as a Nation close our borders to Illegal Immigration. Period. And at that point remove those who live in the shadows. The removal is really simple, not requiring a massive transport system, we already have one of the finest transport systems on the planet.

We need only mandate that no business be able to hire Illegal Immigrants ( Economic Invaders)
When (and it will happen) a business is found with Economic Invaders as employees, fine them to a degree which will discourage such practices. Such as 10% of the comanies annual gross income per occurrence. Ten Illegals would equal the total gross income for the year. I as an employer would hestitate to put my total gross annual income on the line for cheap labor. Coupled with a refusal to grant Economic Invaders any services from any goverment source, the problem melts away the same way it happened in the first place, the Economic Invaders sneak back into Mexico and go back home to fix the problems where they came from instead of bringing their problemns to us to fix.

To make the greatest impact on the American Economy we would also need to eliminate the idea of Illegal Invaders being able to sneak across the border and have a child which automatically becomes an American citizen. ANd to declare by law, that every child so born in the last eighteen years is stripped of citizenship. They can go home with their parents. That would place all minors with their family and removes the whole concept of Family Reunification.

Simple wasn’t it?

New American Aristocracy Pt 2

 The First Amendment to the Constitution  guarantees my right to be obnoxiously right or wrong in regard to my Right of Free Speech. The issue of being right or wrong is a non-issue. Even if I knowing say something which is patently absurd, I have a right to say it, as long as it isn’t lebelous or likely to cause injury to another human being.

The Amnesty Bill which went down in flames today is a case in point. The CONgressional New American Aristocracy was awash in false testimmony about the efficacy of the ”new” bill for fair immigration policy.

Senators Kennedy, Mc Cain, Reid, Boxer, Feinstein et al… And President Jorge W Bushez had a field day with the First Amendment right to speak what they knew to be ludicrously false statements about the Amnesty Bill.

The Conservative New Media – this blog is a very tiny part of it, hit those lying sons a of female dog something 
 where they live though.
Directly in the heart – through the threat of a lack of votes in the next election cycle.

Enough Senators paid enough attention to the promise of having to leave the New America Aristocracy (CONgress) to do the right thing for what was probably the wrong reason.

That as they say is the rub. The New American Aristocracy did the right thing, for now, but didn’t do it for the right reason. The right reason would have been because they knew in their heart and mind that Amnesty by any name is still amnesty and is fudamentally wrong.

Rewarding wrong behavior with a promise of gain is guaranteed to elicit further wrong behavior. IF you don’t believe that, try giving your six year old a piece of candy every time he slaps his sister while you tell him “Jose! don’t hit your sister!, would you like butterscotch or chocolate?” Jose’ sister is going to have chocolate handprints all over her.

So while the Amnesty bill is defeated, it wasn’t defeated by logic and reason, it was defeated by threat of force, albeit political force. But that begs the question of what happens when the Fairness Doctrine being touted by Pelosi, Reid, Trent Lott, Kennedy, Kucinich, Voinovich,  Kerry and the rest of the Neo Socialist Liberals want to reinstate the Censorship of Speech. Primarily because it derailed the process of Amnesty and the big plans for big numbers of poor and illiterate voters to maintain their positions in the New American Aristocracy.

What the New American Aristocracy has forgotten though is the Second Amendment. It ensures the Right of the People   (with the exception of the Sedition Act of 1798 or 1918)  to bear arms. Now to be perfectly honest, I don’t fully believe the New American Aristocracy has forgotten the 2nd Amendment, but I do believe they are not concerned by the number of American Patriots who might rise up against them.

That may just show how out of touch those fools really are. Being the Aristocracy of the 21st Century brings a certain sense of invulnerability to the group of 100 and even to the Lower House.

Kinda says it all doesn’t it.

It’s not about the rule of law, nor the rights of Americans to maintain a secure border, nor even about what might be the right thing to do for Legal immigrants. Just the Illegal Invasionistas.

Teddy Two Quart Kennedy is the reason I dropped the DementedKratic party in 1989.
It was the year the Kennedy/Dodd waitress sandwich story surfaced. It was just way over the top for me. I couldn’t stand to be in the same party as Teddy Two Quart another day.

So now old Two Quart is up to his same old Aristocratic Disdain for the Rule of Law again. Nothing matters to Two Quart except – more voters to allow him to do another forty five years in CONgress. Can you imagine what it’s going to cost the average American Taxpayer to support the rejuvenation treatments for Two Quart? Which wouldn’t even touch on the issue of the ED product male enhancment medication to keep him ‘on the prowl’ until he hits the century and a half mark.

The absolute bottom line question in regard to Illegal Immigrant Amnesty for me though is :
“When will  enough be enough?”
When will the New American Aristocracy (CONgress) be so completely reviled by every rational thinking person in the United States that it will be time to drag every last one of them kicking and screaming into the street and …

Well, it’s not a pretty picture which I conjure up, but neither is the specter of unlimited Illegal Immigration occuring in this Country. The collapse of this Nation as a Soverign Nation will be sooner rather than later when Amnesty for Illegals becomes reality.

And for that I Blame Jorge W Bushez, Two Quart Kennedy and John “My Left Turn Signal Is On” McCain.
They seem to be the driving forces behind the process at the The New American Aristoctacy (CONgress).

I half expect for Jorge and Two Quart to stand up and tell us all “Let them eat cake!”

Or perhaps it would be more fitting for Nancy Puloozy to do that. Whatever, One of them is sure to think of it sooner or later. My money is on Jorge. For a man who had every ability to do the right thing and not worry about the consequences, he failed.
Jorge could have made a lasting impression on this Nation for decades yet unknown, in a positve way. Instead he has chosen the route of infamy. A complete abrogation of the Rule of Law.  Shame on you Jorge, you sir have let us down. Even a dullard as simple as George W Bush should be able to see the inherant connection between a secure border and a Nation secure from Jihadiim nurturing mayhem in their hearts for evey non-muslim alive today.

Way to go Jorge, just what this Country needed, another Benedict Arnold figure to ridicule for the next fifty years or so until the end of The Great American Experiment in Democracic Republics.
When my grandchildren look back at this point in history, my hope is that they will be able to point to a Man or a Woman who was brave enough and smart enough to do the right thing for the right reason.

At this time I don’t see anyone who can step up to the plate and do that. Fred Thompson is a possibility perhaps. But even Fred has some issues I don’t like with respect to immigration and amnesty.
It is absolutely certain I see no one else on the horizon with a chance of being elected who shows any sign of having ‘The Right Stuff’. And the GOP might as well be the Whig Party for all it matters now.

The DementedKrats show the needed talent to reach the masses by electronic media which the GOP at best struggles to even comprehend. Whether blogging or podcasting, the Old GOP seems to be worn out.
There is a desparate need for a Republican John Kennedyesque sort of figure. Something of a maverick in his party, and somthing of a REAL American. And rich enough to tell the party hacks to take a flying leap.
